Epilogue to Micro-rant
It’s a little over 12 hours later and life isn’t as frustrating, although I’m still exhausted and such.

Micro-rant
I’m frustrated with my life and the direction it’s going in. I’m curious to see how I’ll feel about it in 12 hours or so.

I am so behind on video games and spongebob
All I’ve been doing since my senior year of college started is reading, writing, lab work, and graduate school applications. I haven’t seen an episode of Spongebob in ages and I have no idea what are the new video games coming out. I haven’t even touch my PSP in ages. At least I find time for piano and maintaining the illusion of a social life. :)

Nurse Joy is My Idol: Nursing Fun fact of the Day! →
Did you know, that the average global age that girls begin menstration is falling? What we used to think of as 13 being the year girls start having the period has now been seen globally to be on average between the ages of 9 to 12. This freaks me out a little and I don’t even have a vagina. They also estimate that one hundred years ago the age of menstration began around 18 to 20; just imagine a...

Women Studies is a "Real" Major
The other day I had stopped by a coffee shop near my house to grab a hot cocoa. While I was waiting in line, I struck up a conversation with an older gentleman. He looked to be about in his mid-30s, fairly well off, and I daresay attractive. We were engaging in idle chit-chat as we waited for our caffeinated beverages. He asked me, “What’s your major?” and I told him that...

National Coming Out Day
Also, I would like to say, that the child would have a 70% chance of turning gay or homosexual by the time he\she turns 15. Lol. I love the mathematical precision here.

Dancing Towards Corruption
A couple weeks ago I went to a dance event that sucked. For starters, the crowd was mostly wannabe jocks and bleach-blond girls. “Dancing” consisted of fist pumping for the guys and rocking in place for girls. Despite the circumstances, I was making the best of things and dancing with a friend of mine who was also there. However, I found out later from my friend that there was...
